KLAUS ist im deutschen Gesundheitswesen herausragend vernetzt. Er begann seine Karriere als Krankenhausmanager in verschiedenen Führungspositionen privater und öffentlicher Krankenhäuser. Seit 2000 ist er als unabhängiger Managementberater für das gesamte Spektrum der Leistungserbringer der Gesundheitswirtschaft tätig. KLAUS arbeitet mit seinem hochkarätigen Team zielorientiert in der Schnittstelle Wissenschaft – Wirtschaft – Politik. Besonders erfahren ist er in den Branchen Pharma- und MedTech-Industrie. Seine Leidenschaft gilt den KMUs und Familienunternehmen. Herausragend ist in diesem Zusammenhang sein exzellentes Netzwerk mit direktem Zugang zu den jeweiligen Top-Entscheidungsträgern.

KLAUS verfügt über ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten und kann Brücken zwischen Menschen und ihren Interessen bauen. Er arbeitet mit allen Beteiligten im gesamten Ökosystem des Gesundheitswesens zusammen: Pharma- und Medtech-Unternehmen, Gesundheitspolitiker, Landes- und Kommunalverwaltungen, Behörden, Verbände, ambulante und stationäre Leistungserbringer wie Krankenhäuser als auch Arztpraxen/ambulante Versorgung Krankenversicherer gesetzlich und privat. Neben seiner Tätigkeit als Managementberater lehrte KLAUS an den Hochschulen für Angewandte Wissenschaften in Ansbach, Bernburg und Neu Ulm.

Bei NEW RATIONALE engagiert er sich als Senior Advisor für Kunden in der Lifescience- und Healthcare-Industry.

KLAUS has an outstanding network in the German healthcare industry. He started his career as a hospital manager in various management positions in private and public hospitals. Since 2000, he has worked as an independent management consultant for the entire spectrum of service providers in the healthcare industry. KLAUS works with his high-caliberteam in a goal-oriented manner at the interface of science - business - politics. He is particularly experienced in the pharmaceutical and medtech industries. He is passionate about SMEs and family businesses. Outstanding in this context is his excellent network with direct access to the respective top decision makers.

KLAUS has strong leadership skills and can build bridges between people and their interests. He works with all stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem: Pharmaceutical and Medtech companies, healthcare policy makers, state and local governments, government agencies, associations, outpatient and inpatient care providers such as hospitals as well as physician practices / outpatient care health insurers statutory and private. In addition to his work as a management consultant, KLAUS has taught at the universities of applied sciences in Ansbach, Bernburg and Neu Ulm.

At NEW RATIONALE he is a Senior Advisor for clients in the life science and healthcare industry. The pressure to act in an ecologically sustainable manner and to assume social responsibility is also increasing exponentially in the life science and healthcare industry. Equality / diversity / inclusion, carbon footprint / climate neutrality, people / labor rights, packaging / plastic reduction, environmental and water management, and much more are leading to change in the Lifescience and Healthcare Industry.
